HOW DO I
BUY A SPACE? |

RESERVE
SELLERS |
You can walk up
to the office any time during regular business hours and see
a list of available spaces to reserve. If you like a space,
you can purchase that space on a reserve status. Remember
that you can only reserve these spaces if you are going to
purchase them on both Saturday and Sunday.
Note – some
spaces may be sold through our bid system |

RESERVE
ANNEX SELLERS |
These spaces are
only sold through our bid system when they come available.
You can check with the office periodically to get
information on which (if any) space(s) are available and
when our next bid will be held. These spaces have to be
purchased for Friday, Saturday and Sunday on a reserve
basis. |

|
MAIN STRUCTURE RESERVE SELLERS |
You can walk up
to the office any time during regular business hours and see
a list of available spaces to reserve in the main structure.
If you like a space, you can purchase that space on a
reserve status. Remember that you can only reserve these
spaces if you are going to purchase them Friday, Saturday &
Sunday.
Price includes
Friday, Saturday & Sunday rent as well as shed, awning and
electricity.
If we do not have
any spaces available, we will either add you to our waiting
list or tell you when our next bid will be held. |

|
DAILY SELLERS |
These spaces will
be sold one month in advance. We have a lottery for these
spaces the third Friday of every month at 1:30 pm in the office.
Vendors will have the right to purchase a space for the
entire upcoming month. After that, all spaces for the month
are available for purchase. |

|
|
DAILY ANNEX SELLERS |
These spaces can
only be purchased by coming through our Friday vendor line
up lottery. Vendors are allowed to enter the line up system
between the hours of 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM. The drawing to
determine which line goes in first is held at 6:30 AM using
a “Bingo Ball” system. If you get a space(s) through this
system, you have the option of buying the same space(s) on
Friday for that coming Saturday & Sunday only. |

DAY OF EVENT SELLERS |
You can always
come out on Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning and purchase
a space for the day of event only. These spaces are sold
through our Vendor Line Up system which starts at 5 am and
ends at 9 am.
Note – If you
want to purchase a space for Friday only (not in the annex
area), you do not have to go into our vendor line up system.
Simply come to our Pecos Rd parking lot and purchase a space
from the attendant at the gate. |

WHAT DO I
NEED TO BECOME A RESERVE VENDOR? |
- To
become a reserve seller you need a Nevada Sales Tax ID#
and a Nevada State Business License.

WHEN IS MY
RENT DUE? |
- If you
are a reserve seller, your rent is due every last
weekend of the month.
- (Note:
Your rent is due by the last date shown on your pass).

If you pay
late one week, a $10 late fee will be applied per space,
shed and awning. A $20 late fee will be applied if paid
on the second week per space, shed and awning. After the
second week, seller forfeits all rights to the space.
